The hotel’s stunning beach and beautiful gardens made for a lovely stay, particularly the delicious food which was a highlight. However, our room was stuffy and the air conditioning wasn't effective, making it uncomfortable at times.

Stunning beach access, unique cocktail presentation, well-maintained gardens
The stringent dress code for restaurants seems over the top!!! A little more communication on available amenities could really help guests navigate their stay better. Consider the noise from early morning cleaning—it disrupts the overall relaxation vibe!!!

Beautiful Gardens and Exceptional Dining
We had an incredible experience with stunning gardens filled with blooming flowers, creating a picturesque atmosphere throughout our stay. The food quality was outstanding, with diverse dining options across multiple restaurants offering delicious cuisine that kept our taste buds excited. While we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and tranquility, the limited all-inclusive hours could be improved to enhance guest experience.

Beautiful beach with soft sand and delicious dining options made for a delightful stay. The staff's friendliness really stood out, particularly at the beach restaurant where the grilled lamb was a highlight. However, the mixed drink service was inconsistent, and the buffet didn't have a cozy vibe, feeling a bit crowded and basic. Still, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would gladly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

I had a lovely stay at Ikaros Beach. The architecture really stands out with beautiful Cretan design. The palm trees and bougainvilleas create a stunning environment. Room cleaning is top-notch, and I often found my space in perfect condition. The main restaurant offers a wide variety of food, and staff in Ammos beach restaurant were exceptional, particularly Nikos, who made our dining experience great. However, I did have some issues during my visit. The check-in process felt disorganized, and some staff made comments that were inappropriate and offensive. The lack of heated pools meant that swimming wasn’t enjoyable. Additionally, there’s a big issue with smoking around the pools, which I found unpleasant. The food quality varied, especially in specialty restaurants like the Asian one. the menu felt too basic and didn’t live up to the five-star status. While the setting is beautiful and the amenities are mostly enjoyable, the lack of privacy on balconies and the need for better staff training really put a damper on the experience.

Here’s why it’s a mixed review
The stunning grounds, with beautifully landscaped gardens and easy beach access, create a relaxing atmosphere. Dining options offered a delightful variety, enhancing the overall culinary experience.
Inconsistencies in restaurant service led to long wait times, affecting overall satisfaction. Additionally, issues with room maintenance detracted from the comfort during our stay.

We had an amazing time with friends! The bungalow with a beautiful sea view was perfect. We enjoyed the spa services and relaxed by the pool daily. Be sure to visit the restaurant for fantastic lamb and grilled fish. The beach is gorgeous, ideal for chilling after exploring the local area.
Our only issue was the mixed drink service at the bar. We ordered a mojito and got a strange mix of water and white wine instead. It was funny but definitely not what we expected.

The beach is stunning. The themed dinner nights were fun and flavorful. Had issues with room cleanliness, though. Enjoyed the evening entertainment, but the staff could've been friendlier. Perfect spot for relaxing near the water.

A Relaxing Retreat with Outstanding Service
Our stay was memorable, with a stunning sea view from our bungalow. The friendly staff went above and beyond, especially at dinner where the lamb and grilled fish were delightful. Be sure to enjoy the spa services and take a stroll through the beautifully landscaped gardens.

Oh, the local eats! The lamb and grilled fish were pure magic, hitting the tastebuds just right. And don't sleep on the beach vibes—direct sandy access was a delight! The staff at the Ammos beach restaurant? Total legends, especially Nikos, making sure we were well taken care of.
Now, I ain't a fan of big buffet halls packed with older couples. Missing that cozy breakfast vibe! Plus, the dining options felt a bit basic. It could definitely use more flair on the menu, especially for the price tag.
